- Tell us about your bake, design and collection date. The event date is optional if different from collection.
- Send your enquiry with nothing to pay.
- Review and accept your quote, then pay the deposit to confirm your order.
- Pay the remaining balance before collection.

Deposits, cancellations & refunds
Payments & deposits
Nothing to pay when you send a bespoke enquiry. Once you accept your quote, a 50% deposit (minimum £20) confirms your order; the balance is due before collection. Ready-priced treat boxes and cookie boxes are paid in full at checkout.
Declining a quote
You can decline a quote free of charge, as long as you haven't confirmed your order.
Cancelling a confirmed order
Once your order is confirmed, your deposit is non-refundable.
Allergens
Our bakes may contain eggs, milk and gluten, and may contain nuts and soya. Everything is made in a kitchen that handles these ingredients, so we can't guarantee any bake is free from allergens.
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs in the Allergies box when you order, and we'll let you know what we can safely make.
Cake care & storage
Transporting your cake
- Carry your cake by supporting the bottom of the box with both hands.
- Do not carry the box by its sides.
- Keep the cake level at all times during transport.
- Transport the cake in the air-conditioned part of your vehicle, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Storing your cake
- Store your cake in the refrigerator before your event.
- Remove it from the refrigerator approximately 1–2 hours before serving, where appropriate for the cake type and filling.
- Store leftover cake in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
- As a general guide, sponge cakes may last approximately 3–4 days, while cakes containing cream, custard or fresh fruit may last approximately 1–2 days, depending on the ingredients and storage conditions.
